Then they make the announcement about McNaught, who is listed at 6'5", 225 lbs with 20 fights last season.

The comment from Giants GM Bonner on the Giants forum is worth noting....

The Giants also made a trade Friday, acquiring 20-year-old forward Randy McNaught from the Saskatoon Blades for a fifth-round pick in the 2011 bantam draft. McNaught is expected to join the Giants in time for tonight's road game in Everett against the Silvertips.

"He's a tough player," said Giants GM Scott Bonner, explaining the trade. "With all our skills guys, we just want to make sure they feel secure."
