MANILA, PhilippinesActor Diether Ocampo is facing a complaint for not presenting records of his workers at a water refilling station during an inspection by the Social Security System in 2008.

In a one-page complaint, the SSS alleged that the actor committed a violation of Republic Act 8282 or the Social Security Act of 1997.

The SSS claimed that it asked Ocampo (Diether Pascual in real life) to present records of his employees such as time sheets, payrolls and appointment papers during a routine inspection in 2008 but the actor allegedly failed to do so.

The inspection was part of the SSSs duties to verify employer records to see which employers have delinquent accounts with the SSS.

ibig sabihin nito hindi ini-rerremit ni diet ang sss contributions na kanya mga empleyado sa social security office. paano diet pag nagkasakit ang mga empleyado mo hindi nila magagamit ang sss kasi hindi ka nagbabayad ..

Yucks...why didn't he call the press and told them that he spend it for publishing his good deeds..Go Diet call the press n bring them to remote areas n feed the poor to cover up this mess!

akala ko may soft spot siya sa mahihirap na tao bat ganoon siya sa empleyado nya ?

hala diet settle it na penalty daw is life imprisonment naku kawawa naman ang empleyado mo kung magkasakit sila ano naman yung sss yan ang gift nila kay diet nakakaloka hehe

Actually pagdating dyan you cannot conclude right away na it's totally Diet's fault because his HR may have not remitted the contributions for his employees. Why I am saying this 'cause it happened to the company I am with right now when we we still starting up. My bosses didn't realize that the HR was not doing her job until one of the employees of our company went to SSS and personally checked their contributions.

nasagot na ito ni diet thru starmagic. Diet says that he sold the water refilling station 2 years ago and that responsibility should be with the new owners of the water refilling station and not him.
