I just wanted to stop by and let you know that your sweet little girl fills my thoughts often.

I have been thinking about you and her alot over the last few days, since one of the other little ones in the Trisomy21Online community just got a trach.

I remember clearly the journey you traveled when Eleni first got her trach and what a hard transition it was...but how beautifully you did with the process.

I hope life is well and know that your little girl is forever in my heart....just as you are.
