Im not scared to be judged, and i dont expect everyone to understand, but i havnt come here for understanding, ive come here today to get this of my chest and to seek some help and guidance.

When i was younger, i went through difficult time of self mutilation.
I would slice certain Parts of my body. Stretch and rip at other Parts of my body.
My vagina being one of them areas that were ripped and stretched.
I had literally grabbed my whole Vulva and stretched this until it hurt and tore in certain areas.
Ofcourse it was left ruined.
My labia minora and clitoris has been pulled out of itslef from its original place. It can clearly be seen where it once was.
This is a bother to me the way it feels and now looks.
Something that i very rarely hear of is problems with the labia majora.
becasue of the amount of stretching i causued, My labia majora (outer lips)
Is volumeless and saggy. There is no fatty frimness inside the skin how it once was. Im left with hollow loose labia Majoras.
Its not only unsighlty but because of lach of volume there is no definite curve in my outer lips how they shold usually be.
When i wear underwear they become squished and mould into al sorts of nasty looks, far from the usual curved firm normal outer lips how they should be.
This is so uncomfortable for me, i find myself having to go underwearless to prevent me from feeling constant discomfort of the underwear riding and squishing the loose skin of the labia in all sorts of directions.

How can i describe this?....Its like boobs, with no boob. Im sorry thats the best way i could describe this to give you an idea.
I have looked into many surgerys and i know that there is so many out there availiable.
But my concern is, Will there actually be a surgery out there that can reapir something such as volumless lips without leaving me with these ginormaous labia majora's plumped up with fat that i have seen on many sites.
I only want to regain my original appearance ( the best that it can be ).
I only want to refirm my labia majora without alteration of size or depth. I hope you understand what i mean here.
I cant express how much discomfort and self consciencesness this has caused me. Even obseesion of constanly looking at myself. It has had its toll of trouble.
Ive come online here to ask if anyone or anyone they know has experianced something similar, maybe not so much self mutilation but the same problem with their vulva (labia majora especially) for some other reason.
Can Any of you ladies or Gents out there Lead me in the right Direction.
I want to have different procedures perfromed on my whole vulva eventually to repair this, but at the moment, my labia majroa is my priorty as its causing me the most discomfort. Is there anyone that can Help?

As my subject states I'm not a doctor, but if they can do bum, lip and breast implants that they would possibly able to do labia implants.
I imagine they could take fat from an area of the body for instances your bum,thigh or even belly and insert that fat taken from the area into your labia to pump them up.
I'm not positive on the above as it's only a guess, I'd suggest looking at reputable cosmetic doctors or even to your own doctor and asking them for guidence on a good cosmetic doctor(s) to help you with your needs. I'm sure this isn't unheard of....

I think you should ask an OB-GYN. I don't know if you are self conscious to be seen by a doctor, but I think that would be the most comfortable thing for you to do. If I were you, I would go to the OB-GYN and share with them the same thing that you explained above. Remember that they are not there to judge you, but joined the field because they want to help you. Even if your OB-GYN cannot do the surgery for you, she/he should be able to tell you how the procedure would go and recommend a doctor for you to go see. Just remember, people have sex changes and major reconstructive surgery all the time, they should be able to help you with your vagina. I hope that things are going better for you. I understand what self mutilation is like, I pulled out all of the hair on my head when I was in the 4rd grade, and I still struggle with picking my arms and face. I wish you all the best.

Dont feel bad be'cos of your large labia minora.
You may have a problem if it fold while a penis is inserted into your
(wonderful) vagina.
Ask your husband/partner to carefully insert it in.
Some men like big lips.
