I am going to sound like such a guy by asking this but to all the people who have had this surgery I know they tell you to wait to have sex six weeks or longer and I wouldn't want to hurt myself or damage the results of the surgery but I have a very high sex drive and it's really scaring me that I might not be able to hold off for that long, any ideas on how to go about this? thank you.

Why do all you Americans insist on Surgery to change your body.
If you have a slim figure, and are healthy, you do not need surgery. if your OUTER LABIA is big then eat properly, healthily and loose weight. Your INNER LABIA is very nice for a guy to lick and suck. (As long as you are not fat and have a loose vagina). If you are, don't worry. Don't be stupid, use your brains if you have any. EAT HEALTHILY AND DIET Leave your body the way it is.
You could try anal sex and clitoral stimulation only. I mean if your labias mean as much to you as they should then you should really hold out and take care of them it wouldnt be worth it at all to mess up the healing process. I had labiaplasty done twice. The first doctor didnt cut enough that I wanted so i had to go back in again. It took a little longer then 6 weeks for the sensitivty to go away in my labias so we had to make sure to use more lube and just go slow but i was completey fine in another month.
