Hello all! I am taking a Political Science class right now and I am trying to get varying opinions on Obama's Stimulus Package. Any thoughts? Will it work? What are its flaws? What might need to be changed? Thanks for any input!
We are in uncharted territory. The very best economists have not a clue. Obama is trying to either slow the spiral to our abyss or speed our climb from hell. Only time will tell. In the mean time, if you have a little money, there are great buys on the market. Should they fail we are screwed anyway and the dollar will be worthless. Depression is still not out of question. The cards were laid out quite a bit of go.
No it won't work but I believe that our economy will begin to recover within the near future despite the Obama administration's ridiculous "Let's just throw money at it" attitude. The problem is that when the economy recovers ITSELF the current administration will likely get all the credit and Obama will stick around for another four years.
