You have a point, yet

my whole problem with a conspiracy is that there's too many individual's and group's doing research without any "Matter's of National Security" getting in the way. You would think that someone would have tried to step in on one's activities by now.
The military base I can understand though. Too many people trespassing on government property and the chance of someone taking a stray shot. I'm not sure if the military would have to abide to natural habitat restrictions. I think it's the Army Corpe of Engineer's that has or had a part mentioning a BF.
I try to stay away from conspiracy theories because it can make one paranoid about everything you see, read or hear. You don't know what's truth and what's exageration's. Too confusing for me Joe. Take care.
