are you talking about Ostman's situation, or a different hypothetical?

According to Ostman's story, he had a weapon, a loaded rifle. A lever action Winchester, if I remember properly. That makes a big difference in your plan.
What were these creature's motives in kidnapping you? If they were just curious and want to just "observe" you, like some weird role reversal and become giant hair covered Jane Goodall's watching the funny hairless monkey, I'd probably hang around until an opportunity presented itself where I could make an attempt to slip away. They're going to get bored with you eventually. Let's face it, humans aren't that entertaining to just sit and watch over a long period of time.
If they grabbed you with other, more malicious intentions in mind, then you got a big problem. Without that loaded weapon, you're pretty much screwed.
It's all a hypothetical anyway. I firmly believe Ostman's story is just a story and a serious "Sasquatch abduction" has never taken place.
