or offensive, and I hope you don't take it that way. Before you decide the sounds you heard are a BF just because they seem to 'match' what is presented as a BF vocalization on a website, you should listen to recordings of other animals, too. Here is one resource:

I'm not saying you DIDN'T hear a BF, I'm only suggesting that you eliminate OTHER animal sounds before you form a definite conclusion.
