As far as I know the local news media have decided the tracks are a hoax solely on the say so of Loren Coleman who did not even go to the location to inspect the tracks.
I would put more faith in the researcher's who were on the scene as to if they feel the tracks were hoaxed or not.
I know that members of the BFRO and the PBS both read this message board, so maybe someone with some 1st hand information would care to comment here.
