...right smack in the middle of (at least previous) BF territory, it seems. Apparently this area where we're headed is pretty centrally located between sightings reports in Midland and Isabella counties, Michigan, and I know that another report has recently been submitted to BFRO which has not been posted yet. This trip is my boss's doing and I know he's got a ton of activities planned for the weekend, but if I have a chance and his schedule works out too, I'll be meeting up with the Michigan BFRO guy (who lives right there) to do a little tour of the area. Now, I've mentioned before that I am not good in the woods at night....childhood fears and an overactive imagination, you know....but I'm just going to suck it up, do a little exploring, keep my eyes and ears open and a camera with me at all times....just in case. Probably won't come up with anything at all, most of the reports are several years old and I'm not completely convinced that the BFs are in MI (this far south anyway)...but you never know, and I'm crossing my fingers!
(But please God don't let me wake up and see anything big and hairy peeking down at me in the Aztek...don't want to be posting messages from Bellevue! ;) )
