Hi to all bigfooters. In search of hints of the sasquatch's presence in my province, I stumbled upon that ghost story which, in my opinion, might have some sasquatch hints in it. Anyway, here is the link to it, and below, an excerpt from it.
*......Along this branch resides the Dungarvon Whooper - probably the most famous of New Brunswick ghosts. Some still claim to have heard the hair-raising, high-pitched howl that gave the ghost its name - it is the howl of murder, the smell of bacon, the echo of lumber camp injustice.*
My main language is not english, and I'm not familiar with the usual english terms in ghost stories, but I think it's unusual for a ghost to "whoop" and do high-pitched howls, no? Don't they usually do long and low wailings? But "whoop" is a term that is often associated with sasquatch sighting I believe. Might it be that the spot where that poor worker was buried was also the territory of a sasquatch that decided to make its presence known?
What does everyone think of that story? Would it be worthwhile to investigate the area today?
