Im going to let Jesse field all questions as he shot the video and it belongs to him. I have been to the exact spot he was standing when he shot the video and can tell you it was located on a wooded hillside looking down on a swamp.
I do not believe this video was ever sent to the BFRO but it was in the possession of Richard Grover for a period of time and it was a major difficulty getting it back from him. I doubt Jesse will be willing to allow it out of his possession again except for those he trusts explicitly.
Autumn Williams did have it for a while also and she was very helpful in making these vid caps. I can not praise her enough and she is in my opinion the "Bigfoot Supergirl".
