I would like anyone with the knowledge of this "law" to provide the Title and code section where it can be found! Perhaps Mr. Morgan could do that?
The only "law" of which I am aware concerning the killing of a Bigfoot, is the county ordinance enacted in Skamania county back when the county officials panicked over all the Bigfoot interest at the time and were afraid that Bigfoot Hunters would end up shooting each other or someone else! The law has never been tested in court to my knowledge.
The Skamania county ordinance does not have state-wide jurisdiction, nor is it likely to be taken seriously outside of Skamania county.
