Do a follow-up for tracks...

If you haven't already...do a follow-up for track evidence to ascertain what it might have been before the area becomes contaminated by every other wild thing that happens along. It's hard enough at night to get a frame of reference to work with even with visible light or thermal imaging...harder when it's two amber/reddish eyes amongst the blackness at 30-40 yrds. Therefore, you must have already done one follow-up to have come to your conclusion of a 6'2" height. I'd still do one more during the day if you haven't already. The light-reflectiveness of Bigfoot eyes has been reported as reddish, yellowish, and orange as I'm sure you're already aware. Since you stated it made a lot of noise and apparently had some height to it...I think tracks if any will be the only way to rule out elk, deer, etc., to be on the safe side. If you couldn't find tracks in the immediate area of the sightings, look further along its presumed line of travel. Again if you've already done so to nill effect...then your guess at what it might have been is as good as if not better than those of us who weren't even there.
