Its almost universally agreed upon that Bigfoot is a primate of the anthropoid sub-order, most-likely in the pongidae or hominidae family. It is a fact that primates are visually oriented creatures, with a poor sense of smell compared to most other land mammals. So why is it that Bigfoot are reported to have a good sense of smell? This seems to be a big contradiction.
Could Bigfoot have evolved a better sense of smell than what all other primates have through years and years of natural selection? Maybe researchers tend to overrate Bigfoots olfactory sense? I would like your opinions on this.
