This is why I started this thread, I too have an interest in traveling to that inlet, thats my kind of adventure. The maps for that area are difficult to come by on the internet with out buying them, you can get maps, but the detail is not there. I would be up for such an adventure no doubt!! There are roads near the area where he was supposed to have come out, but traveling the route the same way he would probably be the best. Its something to think about anyway.
