there is a book I just read a review for that I will look up later. About a woman who was sure she would not get pregnant due to circumstances and finds herself pregnant and all the feelings that happened when she found out, not only for herself but for her fiance.

For now, so glad you are seeing a therapist. I go to one and I have grown so much in sorting my feelings in general, and when life throws you a curve, it's wonderful to have that space, time, and expert to assist you in sorting out your feelings and needs.
