We have done lots of research on linings and have great success with people who have previously been lining challenges. We always give low dose aspirin (100 mg) as it increases blood flow. We space estrogen out, so even if you require a dose of 8 mg a day we give it 6 am 12 noon 6 pm midnight. If you imagine a curve and you increase slowly the curve goes up in a nice curve shape by spacing estrogen out. If you give high doses at a time the curve goes high and comes down, goes high and comes down not in a soft curve. Hard to explain without being in front of someone. Anyway, we don't want high doses of estrogen at once, hence, if you need 5 patches over 2 days, put them on gradually, ie. space them out over 48 hours. The triple stripe effect comes nicely and the endometrium thickens at a constant rather than a spurt. Good luck.
