Rowan,

Bfn's are tough. I know, because I've been there. My first fresh cycle failed. You have the right attitude in saying you'll get there, because you will. My next cycle after my bfn produced my DD. I added immune issue medications, as I knew I had had an immune response after my first transfer, due to feeling mild flu-like symptoms, pain in my legs and uterus, etc.
If you want to ask me any questions, fire away.
I am glad you have a plan to try again soon, never give up! Do talk to the doc at the clinic to ask them if they have any ideas as to why the cycle didn't work. You may want to ask them to do an immune panel, just to rule out any underlying issues there may be. Some clinics are open to prescribing mild steroids to take before and after tranfer. Just a thought.
All the best to you.

Can you share more about the immune system problem. I got flu-like symptoms around the time that I found out that I was pregnant with my son (at age 44, and son now 6), but no problems and healthy pregnancy. Last year, after my first IVF attempt (with donors), I got pregnant, but came down with similar symptoms and had a mis at 6 weeks. I have always suspected that something was going on but the doctors said no, though no testing of any kind was done. Would appreciate any insights, and thanks.

I had two chem. pg's with my first two DE transfers. I did immune testing and it all

came back negative. However, it was thought that I had an immune response to pg. I added Lovenox, Prednisone, BA and Folgard 2.2 to my protocol and I now have three DE babies. I have a four year old, born when I was 48, a three year old born when I was 49 and an 8 month old born when I was 52.
