We just got back and we used the shuttle. We took it the last time we were at WDW (about 4 yrs. ago) and based on that experience I wasn't really looking forward to it. However, we had a good experience this time. I guess it depends on the time of day. The last time we arrived mid-morning and the entire plane seemed to be headed for the shuttle. This time we arrived in mid-afternoon and didn't wait long or make a lot of stops before getting to our resort (Port Orleans). I think it's just luck on how the trip wil be.
