I agree with Susan...Tiffany Towncar is the way to go. Prices are all comparable but a TT driver is waiting at baggage pickup, you're their only fare, and they get you to your resort in a jiffy. Mears can take a while to get you to your resort because they have to make several stops. It also takes longer just to get seated on a Mears shuttle. There are $5 coupons on several Disney websites so the round trip cost is about $75 plus tip.
