I don't think you will have any problems at that hour. I believe that the only people who have problems are the ones who book too close to the lunch hour (they want you out of there by 11:30...preferably earlier). Also, people who book at 11:45 for lunch usually have to wait until the breakfast crowd moves out and the lunch buffet is set up. The transition will set you back at least a half hour even if you have PS reservations.
