If you are staying at a Disney Resort you may be able to get a refrigerator at no cost because it is for a medical purpose. If you are staying at a Disney resort you may want to check on this before you go. There are many non-meat items to have at WDW. If your daughter is a vegen she may have to hunt a bit, if she wants counter service. Any full service restaurant should be willing to assist your daughter with her dietary requests. Hope this helps.
