We just got back yesterday, and stayed at Dixie Landings. My dad is diabetic so I had the same question about insulin storage. I called before we left, and the hotel would charge you $10.00 per night to rent a fridge. They do however have a fridge just for medical reasons that you can access for free, but it is not in the room. I am not a vegetarian, but I did notice that there was at least one vegetarian item on each of the menus where we ate. From what I understand, you can call ahead and make special arrangements with specific restaurants in advance. Have a great trip!
