November is a great time to go, pending on dates. Last year, we left the Sunday after Thanksgiving and hit all the Christmas festivities. We had a great time! However, we usually go around Oct 31 and spend time at EPCOTs Food and Wine Festival. Like I said, this past year was the first in which we changed our dates. The Festival is awesome. A lot of food, wine, and beer samples. Going on, WDW is open on holidays. I'm not sure how crowded it is though. I know it's not during peak season and the weather is perfect.
