Jusst finished winning a tournament out here at light
heavyweight!!! 2006 Caique West Coast Tournament. lol
it was my light heavyweight debut! 190lbs withm y gi
on...same day weigh in.
I changed the routine you gave me a little in order to
make my complex routines a lil longer. After each
complex I do 20 weighted get ups and hten run for 2
minutes at a high speed on the treadmill.
This makes each compex 7:30 minutes. Each of my
matches has a 7 minute weight limit. Cardio felt
good, I never got tired.
I will be competeing in the US OPEN of BJJ and
Submission grappling on the 29th and 30th of July. I
might do the Pro Team tournament pn the 30th
competeing for $1,000. I've taken the last couple days
off from training in order recover a bit. I'll
probably sprint tomorrow.
Should I keep up with the same routine?
Got any of those freak workouts I'm ready. I need to
take it to the next level.
