how to increase strength

for some reason when i work out my upper body it doesn't feel tired the next day so i work out my upper body everyday.after working out my lower body the next day i feel horrible.i guess my question is.

is my lower body so worn out because i don't work it out everyday and also how can i improve my squat form.i have trouble going strait down without bending my upper body over alot

What are you doing for your workout's, give me a example so we can know what it is that your doing and correct it from there.
