What are you guys doing to increase core strength? We have been working with weight plates from a square stance and staggered stance....trunk rotation, curls of every form, exaggerated motion.....whatever we can...and it seems to be improving our overall ability.
I'd be interested to hear other suggestions....and we will be incorporating some towel work, along with more medicine ball stuff......Let me know what you do!

We like to use medicine balls, tornado balls, and kettlebells. The combination of the 3 gives us awesome core training. We also like to use lots of bodyweight training. Send me a email to mike@grapplersgym.com with your workouts and ill have my staff look at them and we will design you one.
