I just wanted to say thank you for the training tips and conditioning exercises.Everything on this web site has helped my strength and speed and endurance out alot.I still weigh 240lbs but am more solid now.

Bench Press-315 to 330
Squat-355 to 400
Deadlift-515 to 530
Power Clean-215 to 240
Push Jerk-225 to 240
40 Yard Dash-5.6 to 5.2
Mile Run-9:50 to 7:45
