i was wondering if you guys might be able to post something that shows how to do certain moves cause i want to go and wrestle freestyle and i don't know the first thing about it. If you guys could help me out it would be great.

Thats a great question...We are in the process of getting all 3 styles of wrestling posted on the site to teach new wrestlers.
