Just wondering what you thought about plyometrics for wrestling. I know they work for football but would they work for wrestling. There isnt running and sharp corners to cut or jumping so would they work or what? We have been olympic lifting to build explosive power but need that extra edge and looking for it.

I love the use of plyometrics for wrestling, we use it in our training here at Grapplers Gym with our teams.

I have a article under the archives section of our articles that talks about Plyo's for Judo, check it out and read the article.

As you know wrestling and Judo have some of the same type of movements and this training has worked great for us.

Hope this helped
