This year i wrestled JV 103's cause i had a stud who MAXes out 175 on bench and kills me when it comes to strength.. well, i've been lifting with a CHEST/BACk/TRICEP one day and LEG/Shoulder/Bicep the other day well i'm doing this but i am about 100lb's right now and i don't want to get to big... i have a few questions one of them is that how often should i be maxing out on these workouts and myo ther quesiton is if i do gain more muscle what would be the best way to lose the weight when the time comes... i have a couple more questions but i'll wait until these ones get answered first. Thanks

I would only max out every month or so, there is no need to be maxing out all the time unless your looking for pure strength training and are only training with 1RM (1 Rep Max) style workouts.

how offen are you working out? M-W-F ?

If your looking to put on mass in the offseason is good to still do some kind of cardio in the summer. Long runs or bike rides are good for the aerobic system and will give you a good base for when its time to cut the weight.

I am going to be doing a interview with the famous Buddy Lee who is the expert jump rope instructor for the USA Olympic teams next week and his methods are great for cutting weight and getting into shape.

Also, i was wondering what would be a good diet to keep your weight in tact but have muscle growth while u do this.. so pretty much a diet in which you workout but aren't gaining strength dramatically but at a normal easy rate.
