Dan Gable, is one of, if not the greatest wretler that this country has produced. He had an incredible reputation for never getting tired durning a match. He was also incredibly strong. What kind of stuff did he do, as far a conditioning, lifting, and wrestling programs are concerned? What did he do that made him that much better than the rest of his competition? Did it have to do with the fact that he was in such good shape, or was is just his desire? In other words im asking if anyone knows what kind of stuff he used to do to become the most dominant athelete in his sport?
