I hate to say this but diet and exercise...

If you plan out your workouts and nutrition you should have no need to take a fatburner to help you make weight. 4 weeks ago i lost 13lbs in 3 days by exercise and eating smart(yes I did tons of workouts) but i made the weight and won the tournament. Now if i would of said hey i need to cut 13 lbs in 2 months then it would of only been about 1.5lbs per week which is much easier.

Sorry I'm not a big fan on fatburners so I am not the best for this message.

Mike

hydroxycut is the only fat burning suplement that doesnt use caffeine.....if you really want to lose weight use hydroxycut hardcore not just plain hydroxycut....keep in mind its not a magic pill that you take in the morning and go to school take it again and go to bed....it only helps if you do the same intnse workouts you were doing before taking it.....also i cant remember exactly what the percentage was but its suppose help you lose lets say, 20 percent of your body fat....so if you have say 30 percent body fat(which by the way isnt healthy) its going to help you lose 20 percent of that, then you would have to figure how much all 30 percent of your fat weighs and then take that number and take 15 percent of it so lets say thats 55 pounds, this is probly wrong but it would help you lose 11 pounds..............if you only have 10 percent body fat then that 15 percent is gonna turn out to a lot less, say 5 pounds..........so like i said if you dont expect it to be a super pill and you do the proper diet and exercise while using it you will probably be pleased
