New HS program

I am the head wrestling coach at a South Texas HS. The school has been around for many years but wrestling is new in these parts. Since I am starting from scratch this year, I have been ordering equipment and recruiting wrestlers. I have coaching experience but it isn't in wrestling, it is in other sports.

That being said, I have pretty much everything I need except knowledge. I am very studious and watch video as much as possible to make myself a better coach, regardless of the sport or activity. My dilemma is that I don't have video of drills or matches or anything of that nature to share with my wrestlers. My guys want to see stuff like that since all they have ever seen of the sport is what is on TV.

What I am looking for are tapes of matches, drills, techniques, etc that will help as we begin our first season of the sport. I am willing to trade what I have, which isn't really anything right now, or trade off in the future as we have matches and I can help someone else. Any help is greatly appreciated at this point. I have gotten onto other message boards and gotten lots of responses as well, but feel free to tell me again and again and again. Repetition is the key.

I can be reached via email or via the message boards, but I prefer email.

Again, thank you for any help you guys can give me.

I guess my email didn't show up on the post and neither did my log in name. The information attached to this post is correct.

Sorry.
