As it nears winter, i'm wondering what i should do to prepare. Nowadays, i've been doing all-around lifting (legs,back,shoulders,bis,tris,chest,abs,etc.).
When should I start doing aerobic training so i can get in terrific shape for the season? I'm just trying to stack on as much muscle/strength as i can before i start cutting to 119 (around 5-6 lbs. to cut).

I would start today. Your 6-8 weeks from the start of the season and now is the best time to start. As far as your workouts go. I would look at doing some total body lifting programs 3 time a week M,W,F. Visit our interviews section and listen to the interview we did with coach javorek. Also visit his website and you can print out about 15 of his workouts.
His complex's are awesome for endurance and strength training for wrestling.
