A lot of it has to do with you. I personally think about how bad i want the victory and how hard i worked for it. I also have no fear when i walk on the mat. Get a good sweet going as this will help your conditioning in the match because your body will be warmed up and ready for the load.
Music also helps, find something that gets you jacked up. I like to listen to Disturbed - down with the sickness, sevendust- enemy, soil - breaking me down, this gets my blood flowing and ready to go to battle.

I think about my shots, the ones that always get me to scoring, and drill them in my mind, also do light drilling with partner, and make sure to get limber...seen too many guys get injured when they don't stretch out before match.
