I've started doing hills sprints and it's very effective. My question is how often should I do them? I have received conflicting advice. Some people say every day and some say 3x/week. I don't want to over train,but I try to do some running everyday.

I like to do them 2-3 times a week. Reason for this is I also do interval sprint training and some distance running preseason. I don’t think you get enough variety in your program if you do an exercise everyday and you get bored.
