hoc training

Heres a question about hoc training. I've been doing jump rope HOC twice a week on top of my regular wrestling practices. I was wondering how much weight should be used for the ballistic excerises? Should i use as much weight as i can and still be able to before 10 reps or should it be relativly easy to lift the weight?

one more question: does HOC training train your aerobic system or you anarobic system??
