Hi, my name is Brett and i was wondering if anyone could help me with a diet, because i am at a good build right now and I weigh in at 150 or 149 and plan to wrestle 145. My brothers friend Ruben says to just watch what I eat but it gets kinda hard sense I work at subway and don't like any vegetables at all and I have tried a lot of them. I usually eat junk food and then go and do a good cardio. But I would really like to see what kind of diets everyone has used to see if it will help me, because I am also accidted to pop and I know that is the worse thing for you. So I was wondering if anyone could give me some types it would really help me out thanks.

there are many things you can do.
1. eat a small breakfast (maybe an orange or apple and a glass of water), a small lunch and a normal dinner (try to stay away from pop?

2. instead of having 3 big meals have 5 small meals, such as an energy bar for each meal...this tricks your body into thinking it has had a full meal. Also chew gum, it tricks your body also.

3. The water diet. Drink lots and lots of water, maybe 2 gallons a day.
Eat green leafy salads (no iceberg crap) and fruits like apples, oranges, and grapes. Maybe have a sandwich with lunchmeat for protein.

there you go.

p.s. DONT STARVE YOUR SELF
