Hey I'm 15 and I weight about 230ish. I really need some tips on cutting weight by my highscools dual meet dec.9th-10th. I knowif i go heavy-weight I wont win very many matches so I really need to cut down to 215.
I pratice with a long sleeve shirt on and sweat pants and a sweat shirt daily. I'm gonna snack on grapes and fruit during the day and have 1 can of slimfast optima a day for the rest of the week.
So if anyone has any tips PLEASE help me out

skip the slim fast- lots of sugars. instead drop by gnc and get yourself some protein powder. eat every 2-3 hrs your biggest meal being breakfast, followed by a small snack such as grapes, then a smaller than usual lunch followed up with a granola bar/clif bar. your dinner should be at round 600pm, about 1/3 smaller than usual. at around 800pm, eat a fat free yogurt cup. drink a gallon of water a day and train like hell. it'll be easier to keep your weight down too, if you feel so inclined. good luck homeslice
