2x bodyweight is the minimum, so 350ish is the lowest. 400 is the norm though.

This is a high school wrestler, not some power lifetr taking his 5th cycle.I feel 1.5x body wt. 265lbs would be outstanding for a high school wrestler.

Well said, and keeping on the subject of strength and power NOTHING can beat the deadlift and deep knee bend for conditioning the whole body for wrestling.

THAT IS A HUGE MISTAKE THAT EVERYONE MAKE THEY THINK JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN LIFT MORE YOU WILL BE STRONGER THAN THE PERSON YOU WRESTLE BUT THATS WRONG POWERLIFTING DOESNT REALLY WORK ANY OF THE MUSCLES USED IN WRESTLING TAKE MATT HUGHES FOR EXAMPLE HE ONLY BENCHES 300 BUT HE CAN TAKE SOMEONE WHO BENCHES 400 AND THROW THEM AROUND AND MAKE THEM FEEL WEAK BECAUSE IN WRESTLING IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH YOU LIFT IT'S ABOUT SOMETHING YOU CALL USUABLE STRENGTH AND IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME YOU CAN LOOK IT UP
