Ab Workout Routine

Does anyone know of an effective abdominal workout that I can do at home without required props(bench,exercise ball,..etc)? Also, one that covers upper, lower, and side abs. Sets and reps would be nice. Thanks

my wrestling coach showed me this.

you lay on your back and put your head between a partners legs while holding on to his ankles. Pick your legs straight up...now he pushes them to one side and down. Pick them up and he pushes them straight down. Pick them up and he pushes them to the other side. repeat until you cant do it anymore.

If you dont have a partner then you can hold on to your bed or a chair or something.
