I just read The Grapplers Guide and have found it to be very useful. I do have a question about recovery drinks. I am a little confused with the dosage/ratios.
I way 165lbs. If I were using Surge would I take the 92.4g per 16oz of water like the label suggests or,from what a gather from the G.guide I would take 92.4g in 32oz (1000ml) of water?
I was also wondering if taking extra Glutimine was benifical?
Do you feel taking arginine has any benifit aswell?
