If it's strength you want,DC Training will give you that, but adds mass as well - if you have room to get lean out while ading mass, this is no problem!
DC Training is strength focused, and was invented by Dante Trudel.

Always switch workouts up every 6 weeks,unless it is DC Training, which is continuous....
