whats the fastest way to loose weight in short ammount of time without losing too much strenght?i seen them shaddow boxing with a suana suit on ultimate fighter? is that the best way???

You still need to eat - keep it to egg whites or 3 oz. of chicken (MEASURE IT!) and maybe 7 pieces of ziti for the first meal - eat egg whites for the next couple meals - eat every 3 hours - sip water until 3 PM - after 3 PM cut out the water, and jump rope, cycle, run stairs or whatever in a sauna suit.
You should be in unstoppable physical condition, so stairs and jump rope should be easy for an hour without you feeling it.
