I often find it much easier to write down all the tasks for a large project, all the way from conception to the eventual goal. Then like a stew, I am able to ponder the individual tasks, use my creative drive to find solutions, and shortcuts. I find that by doing this, not only do I get a sense of control about the project, I gain a sense of creative control about it as well. Once I have determined the best way to move forward with the project, it becomes a challenge. This can peak my interest in the project and help me to feel compelled to finish it.
What do you do to peak your interest and finish the projects that you start?
