Blithedale in 2000

I think a good actor for the role of Hollingsworth would be Anthony Hopkins, as he is a cameleon when it comes to bleding into the scenery and bringing out the soul of a role. The direction would probably have to be updated, to where there is much more scandel..perhaps a mishap with the men and women getting used to the new facilities or such, but to insinuate that there is more "peeking" going on between the compound's inhabitants would be a funny way to update the story to present times. Gwenyth Paltrow would be a good Priscilla, as would Audrey Hepburn be a good Zenobia, I cannot find an actress of high standards these days to fit Zenobia, unless it be a VERY young Elizabeth Taylor, with long black hair pinned up with an exotic flower.
The mystery of Blithedale could be induced to add the people of the town being more curious as to the people of the compound, and Zenobia's mystery could also be intensified for the 2000 year this movie would be made in, otherwise the Gothic quality of this story speaks for itself.
