I have been told that Clubs such as Stafford and Kettering will be bringing £5K per week playing budgets to Conference 1 North. Given that this will probably be matched by the likes of Worksop, Alfreton and Hucknall, are the smaller Clubs like Runcorn and Alty ( who claimed a £1.8K budget last season) going to be relegation fodder before a ball has even been kicked ?
